Growing up in a small town, I guess I found it easy to get what Iwanted. For the most part the girls that I dated normally had no problems in giving me what I wanted in the first month, although by the time I turned 19, I was sick of silly little girls who wanted to do the same mundane things all the time, I wanted a real woman, a woman that knew what she was doing, a woman that didn’t have any inhibitions. The day I met Joanne at a friends wedding it was love at first sight,watching this beautiful petite woman sitting across from me at the dinner table, I couldn’t believe my luck when I realised that she was alone. Breaking the ice as I introduced myself then admitted that I was a friend of the groom, Joanne sat explaining that she had went to school with the bride. Within fifteen minutes it seemed as if we were the only two people inthe room, sitting across from her talking away, I watched for all the tell tale signs to see if she was actually interested in me. Watching her play with her curly black hair and the constant smile on her face, it was hard not to come to the conclusion that Joanne was interested. By the time dinner had finished, Joanne had explained that when it cameto guys, she hadn’t found the right one. Sitting there listening to the speeches there was a period of about an hour before the reception began. It was the perfect opportunity to get to know her without people listening to our conversation. “Listen, you realise that there is about an hour before the receptionstarts, I was wondering how do you fancy a walk down to the lake to walk off that heavy meal” I said nervously then watched in relief as Joanne nodded then admitted that it was a great idea. Heading out of the hotel, we wandered along the side of the golf courseas Joanne spoke about boyfriends, in her opinion most of them started off being nice enough but once things got to a certain point then suddenly they started to show their true colours. Giving her a confused look, I had to know what point she was talkingabout. Asking her politely Joanne stopped and gave the most amazing innocent smile then dropped her head in embarrassment. “You know…..that point” Joanne said as I watched her cheeks fill withblood. “Oh…shit….sorry” I said then stood babbling about my big mouthdisconnecting from my brain and the fact that nothing seemed to faze me in a discussion. “You know, I feel I can tell you anything, which is a first for me,because I can’t normally talk to guys like….this” Joanne said with a subtle smile. Walking and talking I couldn’t quite believe that any guy would doanything to piss this beautifully shy woman off, in my eyes, Joanne had all the qualities in a woman that I was looking for. She was amazing looking, with a shy, even innocent look about her, sheacted like a real lady and what’s more she was just miles above any girl that I had ever dated. By the time we reached the lake I had done quite a bit of subtle fishing about her ex boyfriends. Then suddenly Joanne started to enlighten me about the fact that she had only dated five guys. Her first boyfriend was a school friend and within a year he had cheatedon her, the second turned out to be an alcoholic and only wanted a wife that would run after him and play the good little wife. The third guy she dated Joanne fell for in a big way, only to discover that he was talking to all his work mates about their sex life. Watching Joanne stop then turn round with a nervous look on her face,Joanne dropped her head as if ashamed then started to explain about allowing him to take intimate pictures of her, what could I say, I just stood telling her there was nothing wrong with that….
